"Love the place. The staff is always awesome and accommodating.i have tried multiple items but the loaded shakes are well worth the money and eventual mess. The ice cream and the a.ount available flavors is excellent plus all the addon condiments right across from Ford garage if you have room for desert. Pier Park is always a nice destination."

"Tasty ice cream with great mix-ins like Twix and cookie dough, but the shop was so busy that toppings weren’t chopped well, just big chunks. "Birthday cake" flavor tasted more like vanilla. Milkshakes looked amazing with fun toppings but were light on flavor. Chaotic, rushed vibe, and pretty pricey, but still a fun treat overall."

"the workers were very fast during the rush. we got the nutella majestic shake which was $16. it immediately starts spilling all over us and so we had to grab some napkins quickly. the shake was very delicious though and I think it was worth the money for being in a tourist spot and for what it was. very yummy yum"

"We came and visited all the way from Seattle. The milkshake was excellent! Both of ours was not to thick, the consistency was perfect because it allowed us to use our straws. The presentation of these things definitely 10. As far as price myself as a business owner i understand why so I'm not concerned about price. I think they are just fine, thankfully the cups are nice and sturdy, We had a good overall experience, especially since this was in the non-peak tourism season. We hope to come back and visit in the spring."

"Omg, this is by FAR the BEST milkshakes I've ever had! My absolute favorite from here is the Mango milkshake. I visited Panama City Beach FL 10/14/25-10/20/25 and I literally had 2 milkshakes every day I was here lol. I wish I had one near me, or maybe not as I'd go broke lol. If you're ever here, and love Mango, don't miss out. Go straight here! The cotton candy one is also good!"
